Australia Post Domestic Delivery Guide

  • Standard Parcel Post: Same-state in 2 - 4 business days; Interstate in 3 - 6 business days.

  • Express Post: Same-state in 1 - 2+ business days; Interstate in 1 - 3+ business days.

  • Regional/Rural: Items sent to regional or rural areas generally take longer than metro-to-metro estimates.

  • Weekends: Deliveries do not typically occur on weekends.

All orders include tracking where available.
You will receive tracking details via email once shipped.

6. Delays

While we aim to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

We are not liable for delays outside our control.

7. Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order is marked as delivered:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer

  • We are not liable for theft or loss after delivery

If your parcel is missing, please contact the courier directly.

8. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur re-shipping fees

9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Provide photos for assessment
