Due to the nature of our products, we handle returns in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including:

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Change in preference

  • No longer wanting the item

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a remedy if your product:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is not as described

  • Is incorrect (wrong item sent)

What to do:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Where a valid claim is confirmed, we will offer:

  • Store credit

5. Return Conditions

If a return is required:

  • Items must be unused

  • In original packaging (where possible)

We will provide return instructions once your claim is approved.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • 5–10 business days

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping may be covered for faulty/damaged items

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law
